Summary
Your appearance to the customer is very important. As with the cleanliness of the vehicle, it’s their first impression of you, and of the business. Whilst on a job, you are the face of the company, therefore we have a uniform policy to be adhered to at all times.

Top Half
At all times, a branded polo shirt must be worn. No sportswear, vests, hoodies or anything else not supplied by the company is acceptable. If someone wants to dress smarter, and wear a shirt/tie or similar, we allow this also.
If weather deems necessary, we are happy for you to wear a coat over the top to stay warm and dry.
Bottom Half
At all times, smart pants (or shorts) must be worn with smart footwear. We want you to feel comfortable, so we accept dark pants, dark jeans or dark shorts, accompanied by appropriate footwear (shoes or smart trainers). We won’t accept sportswear of any kind.
If you’re unsure as to what is deemed appropriate, feel free to check with the office beforehand.
Cleanliness
You must always appear clean and smart to the customer, so please ensure your uniform is washed, ironed and presentable. We won’t accept grubby clothing or footwear.
Along with the cleanliness of your uniform, we expect all members of the team to appear clean and presentable in their personal hygiene. Common sense is to be used here, but please be mindful that everyone that gets on your vehicle is making an initial judgement of you and the business, so please look good and smell good… think like a first date 😉
