Depositing Cash

All Cash taken from customers must be deposited in the safe as soon as you return to the Lock-Up. Envelopes are available from either in the Bus glove boxes or in the Lock-Up.

Please ensure you write the following details on the envelope for reconciliation:

Booking Reference Number

Customer Name

Amount in the Envelope

Drivers Name

Tip amount if no change to split payment accurately

Once the cash is reconciled in the office the tip will be left separate and can be collected from the office after 12pm the following day.

You must also reconcile the amount against the booking on your App, to do this:

Load the Job Schedule on your App

Press the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner

Select “Collect Payment”

Check the details are all correct

Press “Collect”

If for any reason you fail to deposit the cash after your last job of the day, please message the “On Call” person that week informing them you have forgotten to bank it and it will be banked before your next job, this may be treated as misconduct if it happens repeatedly.
