WhatsApp is our recommended communication App between yourself and your customers, some customers may have a foreign number or be abroad when you message, and your network provider may charge a premium rate for these texts, which we can’t reimburse.
As part of our excellent customer service, we ask our drivers send a short message to the customer around 6pm the night before (when you receive the reminder from us) just confirming the pick-up time and introduce yourself to the customer.
“Hi its ### from Blackpool Minibuses, just confirming your pick-up tomorrow at 06:00 going to Manchester, any problems feel free to message me”
An exception to this would be Same-Day return journeys where you are the return driver, wait until the 1st Leg is complete before messaging.
