We may be required to store Car Seats for customers, at times we can have up to 20+ Car Seats so it’s really important we follow the below procedure to ensure they are stored and allocated correctly so the seats are taken on the return journey:
Upon returning to the Lock-Up label up each car seat individually with a label:
Customer Name
Return Date
Inbound Flight Number
Number of Seats (1 of 1), or if two label each (1 of 2) & (2 of 2) etc
Store Car Seats securely in the Lock-Up on top shelf, keeping them together if more than 1. If no room, please call the office as we may need them to be stored in a specific trailer.
Add number of seats to your App so the return journey driver knows about the Car Seats
Add same details to the Whiteboard
